 Meet yourself fully with kindness

I realise with my experience that when i accept myself fully with all my part and also negative parts for example overthinking stress tension take in everyday life and also accept my strength part for example kindness deep thinker i am so when i accept my all parts of myself i gently love myself kindly and happily with soft touch i hug myself i love myself i not critical to myself tat why i am not like others when i do this with kindness gently accept myself and when i do this i gently accept and treat others with same kindness so my lesson is treat yourself with more kindness that i am ok if i have some negative trait actually if i see it not negative in any people if   look at positive way except hurt others for example hurt animals and people with rude words but that also frustrated unhealed part of ourselves that also deal with kindness and when i do with kindness i treat others also with kindness
